How often should my piano be tuned?

Your piano should ideally be tuned two to four times per year, especially in the North-East and Mid-West as temperature and humidity changes with each season. These climate changes cause pianos (which are mostly made of wood) to go out of tune. Pianos that have been recently restrung will require even more tunings to stretch out the new strings and compress the soundboard.
