This rare Louis XV Steinway "M" is a gem, a true "time
traveler" piano. The original soundboard, bridges, pinblock,
strings, and finish are in excellent condition. We installed a
new set of action parts into the piano: hammers, shanks, flanges
& wippins. The original ivory and ebony keys are in perfect
condition. Videos are coming soon!
In addition the instrument is tuned to A- 440 (concert pitch)
and the instrument's action is regulated and the hammers are voiced
for tonal balance.
